March 17 may be Tamar Braxton‘s birthday, but it looks like she’s the one handing out gifts.
After ample teasing over the last year, the youngest of the Braxton clan has finally lifted the lid on new music – her first official release since cuts found aboard 2017’s ‘Bluebird of Happiness’ album (excluding features, soundtrack, and specialty offerings).
Titled ‘Changed,’ the tune – which incorporates elements of SWV‘s classic ‘Rain‘ – tells the tale of a love gone all sorts of wrong.
“I thought you were the man of my dreams / So how the hell was I wrong? / I gave you all of me, oh / Boy it coulda been you / I thought you were the guy of my dreams,” Braxton croons the Donald “Hazel” Sales-produced cut.
A fitting tie-in to the GRAMMY-nominated diva’s current reality show venture ‘Queens Court’ (which she recently spoke to That Grape Juice about in a sizzling exclusive), hop inside to hear ‘Changed’ in full.
Idk about this one. The sample is cute wish she would’ve used more of the song from swv
Sounds like an album filler
Sounds good, I can hear this on the radio for sure. I wanted more of the swv song but I’m loving the melodies. Can’t wait for a full project
Love it. I have no doubt the album will be dope
I love it!
The first verse takes too long to get to the chorus
Flopped like my cancer saggy baggy pancake t;its
That some uncharted material hunnie💅🏾 we need hit materials like Love and war, catfish or all the way home
One thing I LOVE about Tamar, she always delivers even if the track is okay.
I like this tho.
The photo is GORGEOUS! I’ve never seen her look better. Not crazy about the song though.
You are always so hater. Normani not coming go crying about it!
Very good from Tamar 🥰
Taylor dropped music today so we don’t care
Good but not great.
Always happy to have some new Tamar music! Downloaded my copy. She looks great on Queens Court, also…
Tamar ALWAYS delivers. I love it.
No disappointment here.
