The Official Charts Company announced its list of the biggest albums of the year so far. On it, Swift’s ‘Midnights’ album ranks as the biggest female album.
The project, which spent a total of five non-consecutive weeks at #1, lands at #2 only behind The Weeknd‘s ‘The Highlights’ album.
‘Midnights’ is not the only album that Swift places on the list. ‘1989’ (23), 2020’s ‘folklore’ (28) and 2019 release ‘Lover’ (31) all make the cut as weak.
‘Midnights’ has been a huge success for Swift, having broken several records, including being the first album in history to take up the entire top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
