And the billionaire pair have spared no expense with their latest acquisition: a new home.
According to a report, the vast Malibu estate is now the most expensive residential purchase in California history.

Per TMZ, The Carters have bought the architectural masterpiece – which spans a seismic 30,000 square feet.
Sources say that Bey and Jay bagged the property for a towering $200 million, solidifying it as the priciest home ever sold in California and the second most expensive in the country.
And while the sum is wowzer in and of itself, word is that the residence was initially listed for $295 Million – representing quite a bargain. Contextually, of course.
Standing in the lucrative Paradise Cove area, the home – which was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando and took almost 15 years to complete – is said to overlook the Pacific Ocean.
The sale was spearheaded by renowned celebrity realtor Kurt Rappaport, who repped both the buyers and the seller.
No strangers to big purchases in LA, The Carters splashed $88 million on a residence in Bel-Air in 2017 and are said to have poured millions more into the property sending its worth past the $100 million mark.
The news comes as Beyonce continues to thrill audiences on her blockbuster ‘Renaissance World Tour,’ which is shaping up to be one of the highest-grossing tours of all time.
