Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice continue their heat streak with ‘Barbie World.’
The fiery femcees first ignited the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 with the ‘Princess Diana (Remix)’ and the pair have followed suit with their ‘Barbie’ movie anthem.

Unboxed on June 23, the track – which is built around a sample of ‘Barbie Girl’ by Aqua (who are also credited on the track) – has premiered at #7 on the Hot 100.
It managed the feat by racking up the following first-week stats:
- 16.2 million streams
- 4.7 million in radio reach
- 37,000 digital downloads
‘Barbie World’ becomes Minaj’s 23rd top 10 on the Hot 100 and Ice Spice’s fourth. It also notably serves as Aqua’s second (following the same #7 spot ‘Barbie Girl’ reached in 1997).
The win comes ahead of the July 21 release of the ‘Barbie’ movie and its accompanying soundtrack. It also comes on the heels of Minaj announcing her new album ‘Pink Friday 2’ and its revised release date of November 17.

They have been on the charts they haven’t been hits. Charts don’t mean what they use to anymore. Her fans can literally streak get song and put it on the charts snd the general music public aren’t streaming her music. Her songs don’t crowd the radio waves. Her charts entries pretty much come from her fans only and dry up really quick. Super freaky girl was number one and most people actually missed the song was even out.
She was all over the radio just last year with super freaky girl and also had a few stable hits this year too so yall just be lying or talking without actually doing research, currently while u fixed ur crusty fingers to type about the queen she has 3-4 songs on the chart DUD
