Kylie Minogue has long been revered on a global scale and it looks like the diva is set to heed requests for an extended engagement in the US.
Because, after ample teasing, it’s being reported that the superstar is Las Vegas bound for an innovative residency.

According to the Review-Journal, the ‘Padam Padam’ singer is set to launch a residency at The Venetian in “late October.”
Per the report, Minogue has been tapped as the headliner of a “new, enhanced” hot spot within complex called Voltaire.
It’s touted as having a heightened cabaret concept, epic production technology, and a capacity of 1,000.
Official word is said to be pending, but it’s further claimed that the icon will be performing a weekend engagement at the venue.
The news comes as Minogue continues to ride high on the historic success of ‘Padam’ and as she gears up for the release of her 16th studio album ‘Tension’ on September 22.

Madonna has played homage to Kylie numerous times and respects her . Madonna wore a Kylie T-shirt at the 2000 Europe music awards. In Australian interviews she has even said she loves Kylie.

this is really smart. her tour productions are gigantic & doing a tour on that scale wouldnt do good in the u.s. & i doubt she could cram all the stage production into theatre venues. so a vegas residency is a great move for her
