It’s been announced that Mimi will grace the stage to deliver a festive “Aspen-inspired” performance of ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You.’
The hotly anticipated showing will serve as the first time the legendary holiday anthem has ever been performed on any awards show.
Carey joins previously announced performers David Guetta, Bebe Rexha, Karol G, NewJeans, Morgan Wallen, Peso Pluma, and Stray Kids.
Additional performers are set to be announced shortly.
This year’s BBMAs will be special in that the ceremony’s concept has been “reimagined” and promises to deliver a unique approach to performances, behind-the-scenes moments, and more.
The show will roll out across the BBMAs media platforms as well as Billboard and BBMAs social channels.
