Just a week later the ‘Caught Up in the Rapture’ hitmaker caught wind of a shout out from Rap legend Missy Elliott, who has not been shy about praising Baker for her influence over the years.

Days later, fans brought attention to a Lil Wayne interview in which he referenced the impact the R&B diva has had on him.

Hot on the promo trail in support of ‘Welcome 2 Collegrove‘ (his joint LP with 2 Chainz), the Rap icon says he listens to Baker to “take the pain away” when he isn’t feeling well.
