Kelly Clarkson has won a huge victory against her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock.

Today reports that Blackstock was ordered to pay Clarkson $2.6 million by the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement as part of commissions from when he was Clarkson’s manager.
However, the outlet goes on to report that Blackstock is appealing the decision and filed to appeal it on November 30. He requested that a judge hear his case again and each party would have the chance to present evidence and witnesses.
Clarkson’s legal team previously accused Blackstock of unlawfully obtaining work for her between 2017 and 2020 and overreaching when it came to certain tasks meant to be handled by other members of Clarkson’s team.
