In what appears to be a sudden filing, Anderson lists the date of separation as “TBD.”
Yet, rather than going the legal separation route, the ‘Leave The Door Open’ chart-topper is seeking to proceed straight to divorce.
Per TMZ, Anderson is angling to share joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s two children – Soul, 13, and Shine, 6.
The division of their assets is reportedly listed as the next up on the agenda.
There’s no word on what caused the split, as of writing.
