Because ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’ has also launched at #1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart.
In achieving the feat, Beyonce earns her first stint in pole position on the coveted count.
She also becomes the first Black woman to reign atop the tally – in its 80-year history.
Furthermore, the performer now holds the honor of hitting #1 on the Billboard charts in seven genres (at least once): Hot 100, Hot Country Songs, Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, Hot Gospel Songs, Hot Latin Songs, Hot R&B Songs and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.
