Beyonce’s ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’ & ’16 Carriages’ Occupy Top Spots of Worldwide iTunes After Dominating Sales Charts of Over 60 Countries

Less than 24 hours after unexpectedly premiering two new songs during the 2024 Super Bowl on Sunday (February 11), music megastar Beyonce has saddled up to ride her latest singles ’16 Carriages’ and ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’ right to the top of real-time sales tallies.

Beyonce fans (affectionately called the #Beyhive) are buzzing the world over in response to the diva’s new songs.

Proof of such comes directly from the Worldwide iTunes chart which – as of time reported – shows her occupying the highest two spots thanks to topping the respective real-time sales tallies of over 30 countries including the United States, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Spain, South Africa, and more.

As if that’s not enough to boast, the tunes have also landed in the top 5 of the real-time iTunes sales tallies of over 30 other countries like Denmark, Germany, New Zealand, Portugal, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Nigeria, Thailand, and others.

Once combined with streaming numbers from all the major digital platforms as well as radio airplay, the iTunes stats above will undoubtedly bode well for the song’s overall first-week commercial performance.

Keep it locked to That Grape Juice to see how they fare on the refreshed Hot 100 when it’s revealed on Tuesday (February 20).

Great marketing, but the songs fall flat. An artist of her caliber will always chart high in the beginning due to curiosity. People will listen, but will they continue listening is the question.

People are just applauded everything she put out, same with Taylor swift. Their stuff are nothing really groundbreaking either.

They’re not good songs and Beyonce is not a real artist. She’s a showgirl. Once the smoke and mirrors fade (like staging fake fights in elevators before releasing Lemonade or a big Superbowl commercial) the actual music itself is subpar.

I found it’s so difficult to listening her music peacefully… All of her up tempos are very disturbing and noisy and her acoustic stuff are nails on the chalkboard. #NEVER FORGET HOW SHE MURDERED ED’s PERFECT!

Bouncy is so fake, pretentious and robotic. At this point in her career it’s all about her accolades and legacy. Her pandering for AOTY is so obvious. I find it hard to connect with her music because it all seems soooo vapid. Entertainment wise she’s a beast but she falls flat when it comes to the music. Sorry not sorry!
