Joe Budden is claiming that Cardi B is “scared” to drop her long-awaited sophomore album.

Budden played Cardi’s new single ‘Like What’ and then gave his input on everything.
“Y’all ain’t gonna want to hear it from me, but the girl rapper wave is over. Just telling you what it is,” he said.
“All of that ‘Go find a girl, send her to Columbia, get it done, put her in the studio with f***ing [Mike WiLL Made-It] or any one of them n***as.’ All that planting the girl in the scene, getting the record and taking off, that wave is over,” he continued.
He then closed out his statement by taking aim directly at Cardi.
“Now, let me get to Cardi B. Cardi B is afraid, and I’m tired of just nobody saying it. Cardi B is scared to come out, it don’t take this long to come out,” he concluded.
Cardi has not directly called out Budden as of reporting. Her debut album, ‘Invasion of Privacy,’ came out nearly 6 years ago. However, she has released successful singles like ‘WAP’ and ‘Up’ since.

He didn’t lie. And for that she has lost momentum. The fact that she didn’t drop her album after Up went #1 is crazy. She shoulda kept releasing music to stay on top. Now she’s scrambling to see what sticks, and so far – nothing has. Meanwhile Nicki is platinum and on a sold out world tour.
