Nicki Minaj has been forced to postpone her ‘Pink Friday 2 World Tour’ show at New Orleans’ Smoothie King Center that was scheduled for this evening (March 18).

An announcement from the venue moments ago relayed that the rapper is “sick” and cannot perform the show on “doctor’s orders.”
The full statement, which was issued hours before the show was set to start, read:
“Due to doctor’s orders, Nicki Minaj must reschedule her NOLA show tonight. As Nicki is still sick, our team does not want to run the risk of getting others sick, and Nicki would not be able to give NOLA the show they deserve. We are working diligently to find a new date, so please hold onto your tickets, and we will inform you all soon.”
It remains to be seen whether other dates on the trek have been impacted.
