Taylor Swift once again towers tall on the Billboard 200 with her blockbuster album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department.’
For, the LP has nabbed a second week at #1 – and, true to form, it’s with seismic sales.

On this week’s iteration of the coveted count, the project tops the tally with 439,000 equivalent album units in the US.
Though down 83% on the gargantuan 2.61 million units logged in its launch week, Swift’s album delivered higher sales in its second week than the opening sales of any other (non-Swift) release this year.
Thus, ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ makes history by generating the second-biggest second-week sales since Adele’s ’25’ amassed 1.162 million units in its second week in 2015 (down from its 3.482 million premiere).
Swift’s win comes on the heels of single ‘Fortnight’ with Post Malone topping the Billboard Hot 100.

Like I said btch, NO ONE is talking about this album. Those sales are clearly rigged with PAYOLA. Sales don’t equate impact or relevancy dummy. If she was important, these songs that “took over” the charts would have staying power. But unfortunately they ALL FALL the following week 😂 the payola package ran out. No press, no news networks, no publication, NOBODY is talking about this album.
