I love me some Janet, but at this point I am confused as to what the hell she thinks she’s doing! Why on Earth would you tore two consecutive years, have great attendance at your shows and not release new music? Why would you be on tour right now and still not capitalized on anything that you have going. The second documentary about her and her family hasn’t come out and that was due before Tito passed. She mentioned a new music for the second round and first round of this tour and all we got was different songs in the set list from albums that already exist. She’s not doing any award show performances, that would benefit her a great deal. If you’re going to promote your tour, get on these TV shows and perform, let the people get a glimpse as to why you are the legend icon that you are. Introduce yourself to the younger generation. Next year will be a decade since you last released any music. And you were supposed to release a black diamond back in 2020. Why hasn’t that album come out yet? Idk but I tell you one thing, Jenna been us try to sit here and go on another tour without no damn new album out! You can at least drop a couple singles out for us!

      You’re absolutely correct.

    • Music Head January 1, 2025

Contract issues are preventing her from releasing new music

I also agree, you are correct. She needs new management. As a manager, I’d get her back to the top again

I feel at this point, legends and legacy acts like her don’t want to release new music out of fear of failure. So they rest on their current hits because it’s safe and what works.people will still pay to see her perform those. And, she’s RICH, baby. She can do what she wants.

It’s her team she needs to clean house and let her brother stop managing her!!!

  4. Adrienne January 1, 2025

No Again, Doesn’t Really Matter and no MYM, and I’m ok with that, but to remove TA, was definitely a choice.

  5. Drew January 2, 2025

Saw her in June 2024. So glad I got to see her perform “Someone To Call My Lover”. It’s a shame she took off that song & “Doesn’t Really Matter” but glad she added “Go Deep” & “Escapade”. Wish she would have performed “Go Deep” “Escapade” & “Doesn’t Really Matter” when I saw her.

  6. Xavier Burks January 13, 2025

SloLove was the 3rd song on the setlist making the total number of songs 45.
