‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ will bring with it an exciting new and original chapter to the classic Disney story.
Aptly, new original music will also live at the heart of the film, which is directed by Barry Jenkins and led by Aaron Pierre in the titular role. As reported, Beyonce will return as Nala, while Blue Ivy Carter will star as her daughter Kiara.
Ahead of the movie’s December 20 arrival in theaters worldwide, the official tracklist has been unveiled.

Oscar winner Lin-Manuel Miranda helms the music for the film, which features contributions from ‘The Lion King’ sonic maestro Lebo M, as well as stars such as Pierre, Anika Noni Rose and Kelvin Harrison Jr.
