Moments ago, it was announced that Beyonce will reprise her role as Nala in the eagerly awaited film.
As widely known, Queen Bey voiced the character in the 2019 live-action revival of ‘The Lion King.’
It has been confirmed that Blue Ivy will make her big screen debut as Kiara – the daughter of Nala and King Simba (played by a returning Donald Glover).
Led by Aaron Pierre in the titular role of Mufasa, the film serves as a prequel to the events that took place in ‘The Lion King.’
And clearly, now, it appears there will be a future element to the narrative too.
‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ debuts in theaters worldwide on December 20.

It was the same for Prince, who clearly heavily influenced her artistically and business wise. He could have made another “Purple Rain” but wanted to go in a different artistic direction. He sold less albums as a result, but he was true to himself as an artist and now critics look back at his post Purple Rain work and realize just how many gems were recorded. Beyonce is concerned about her legacy, not instant huge sales.
