At long last, Halle Bailey fans have their prayers answered as the singer-actress is finally lifting the lid on the official version of her solo song ‘Back and Forth.’
Longtime followers of Bailey are very familiar with ‘Back and Forth’ as it was one of many snippets that hit the Web between 2022-23 when the songstress first began teasing her inaugural solo album.
And while music lovers are still awaiting official news on the drop date of that LP, Halle took to social media on Wednesday (February 12) with news they’ll love: a Valentine’s Day surprise in the form of the finished ‘Forth.’
Further driving excitement around the Friday (February 14) drop, Bailey even uploaded a preview to her YouTube handle (seen above).
The new song will come as Halle’s first of the year and follows the August 2024-released single ‘Because I Love You.’
At writing, it’s not been confirmed if ‘Because’ or ‘Forth’ will land on the singer’s yet-titled debut solo album.
