One name who won’t be taking to the stand, however, is Aubrey O’Day.

The former Danity Kane star has been uber vocal about her less-than-endorsing take on Diddy over the years.
So, when her bandmate Dawn Richard was confirmed to be testifying against the mogul and eventually did, O’Day immediately trended on social media amidst speculation that her own testimony would follow.
She also seemingly leaned in to the murmurs by confirming she had landed in New York.
However, in a new interview on T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach‘s podcast, O’Day confirmed that she will not be taking the stand.
The 41-year-old, whose group was created by Diddy on MTV’s ‘Making The Band,’ said:
“I posted on my Instagram that I was here in New York and enjoying myself because I wanted to make it clear to everyone that I am not here testifying.”
She went on to reveal that she “was contacted by Homeland Security” and had a meeting. No further details on that were shared.
