For, the ‘Angel’ singer was granted temporary sole custody of her son Halo with the rapper amid their legal dispute.

The court granted Bailey temporary custody after she reportedly filed the petition for custody on Tuesday (May 13).
According to sources, the ‘Little Mermaid’ actress filed this petition without notifying the MC due to fear of violence reoccurring. It’s also claimed that she has ongoing concerns that he would take their child out of the area before the court could grant and serve this order.
This comes after Bailey’s shocking allegations of domestic violence and abuse at the hands of the Twitch streamer. It reportedly led to her filing and receiving a temporary restraining order against him.
The MC’s only acknowledgement of these accusations was through a vague tweet yesterday (May 14) dismissing the allegations. He says:

As of now, the next court hearing will be June 4, when the temporary restraining order against DDG expires.
She layed with that trash and allowed him to turn her into an abused baby momma in no time flat. This is the person she chose to be the male example for her child. Why do women continue to ignore the obvious and charge down that road.
