Tory Lanez‘s prison stabbing was caught on tape, and the footage has surfaced.

TMZ obtained the clip, which captures a man believed to be Lanez being tackled and repeatedly struck by another inmate, allegedly Santino Casio.
The video shows the performer being knocked to the ground as Casio jumps on top of him and delivers several blows. Lanez is seen kicking in an attempt to defend himself before sprinting down a flight of stairs to escape.
Lanez was reportedly stabbed 14 times, seven times in the back, four times in the torso, and three times in the head. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, treated, and later returned to prison.
According to reports, Casio claimed he heard rumors that Lanez was planning to attack him and believed he saw a weapon in Lanez’s pocket, prompting him to strike first.

It was filmed by surveillance cameras. And prisons are set up like dorms with only a couple guards assigned to each dorm/pod. Safety is not guaranteed.
