Miley Cyrus‘ visual album ‘Something Beautiful‘ could be on its way to being something that marks a personal milestone for her on the Billboard 200 for all the wrong reasons.
Despite being categorized as her most risk-taking LP yet, ‘Beautiful’ – her 9th studio effort – entered the Billboard 200 race as her only album launched without a Hot 100 top 20 hit to precede it.
The lack of commercial buzz was arguably reflected in the set’s opening sales as it premiered at #4 with 44,000 units sold – the lowest of her career yet.
‘Beautiful’ snatched that title from her 2017 album ‘Younger Now‘ which debuted at #5 to first-week sales of 45,000.
This week, the May 30-released Miley effort experienced a dramatic drop from #4 to #102 in just its second week of charting – a trajectory that (if continued) could see it mark the shortest tenure of any of her studio projects to date.
At writing, ‘Younger Now’ sits as her album with the least time charting on the Billboard 200 (8 weeks).

There wasn’t enough promo of the actual songs. She didn’t perform live or tour radios /etc.
The music isn’t as accessible as flowers. The whole vibe is a bit forced.
It’s not good imo
Like that hack gags, MC is a poser and a wannabe. But unlike gags, she doesn’t have a group of talented teams of designers, coaches, handlers, creators, publicity machines, and management to help her to fake it until it makes it.
Plus she always comes across as playing dress up than actually artistic motivated.
