The femcee shared that she and Trippie Redd welcomed daughter Miyoco and shared the sweet news via Instagram stories, holding her daughter’s tiny fingers in a touching photo.
From her glam maternity shoot to a luxe baby show, Coi’s pregnancy has been a journey she embraced with open arms – and now, baby Miyoco is here.
So, what’s behind the name? According to a previous interview with PEOPLE, Coi discovered Miyoco through a friend and loved its meaning “beautiful child” in Japanese. There’s also a personal twist: the ‘Mi’ nods to Trippie Redd’s real name, Michael, and ‘co’ ties back to Coi herself.
Trippie, however, has stayed silent on the birth. The two reportedly split following cheating allegations, and while he recently followed Coi back on social media, fans are watching closely to see what comes next.

I’m happy she’s his baby-mama because their soulmates..and they look alike they look like albino demon twins( a black lightskin mixed-race couple who are both little short and cute together with ”gods gift” tatted on both of them on coi’s ankles and trippie’s forehead)…what I’m upset about is that their rekindled relationship got ruined by me accidently..I never cared about either or followed them before until coi revealed the pregnancy on January 1st..my mind against my will made trippie insult her by calling her old and fat and than on jan 22nd my mind made her falsely accuse him of cheating which broke them up and made trippie get threats..and he never apologized like with skye morales because he’s innocent!my evil mind ruins things i care about…
also MIYOCO(Coi and Trippie’s DAUGHTER) was due on Trippie’s 26th bday(June 18th,2025)because of my evil mind against my will she was born days earlier which is disappointing coz him becoming a first -time parent on his bday the same day his former collaborator(xxx) was klled would take away from that and put focus of his child being born..Trippie even sweetly tweeted in April about giving up his bday to his daughter..anyway my evil mind also tried to ruin the unborn babies face like what it did to Rihanna and Rocky’s 2 kids(my evil mind made them look like toya johnsons kid reign rushing)..so im glad Coi didnt show the face coz for a beautiful couple like her and Trippie to have child looking like that would be terrible!…also their child would be put in LSA’s cruel bullying thread about celeb babies looks
