The allegations against Motown legend Smokey Robinson continue to mount, as a fifth woman has stepped forward and officially filed a police report with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, according to new reports.

Sources reveal the woman spoke to deputies at the Malibu/Lost Hills station on July 16, adding to the growing list of accusers. All five women have now filed reports with LASD, as the department’s Special Victims Bureau continues its investigation, which began in May following initial claims from four women.
Robinson’s attorney, Christopher Frost, maintains his client’s innocence and told TMZ:
“It’s not surprising to us that in the context of very public allegations by the four interconnected Jane Does and their shared attorneys, no matter how untrue, news like this might emerge. It’s one of the risks of being a celebrity, that others will take the same approach.”
The investigation remains active, and Robinson has publicly stated he welcomes the process.
