In nabbing the highly coveted gig, the Pop megastar is set to follow in the footsteps of icons like Michael Jackson, Madonna, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Prince, Usher, and Rihanna.
The announcement of his Halftime slot comes amidst an action-packed frame for the performer.
Teasing the news seconds before the announcement, the star wrote:
