During the candid chat, which interestingly comes after choice words shared about her history with the show, Carey shared an update about her pending plans.
She revealed:
“I just want to take a little time for me — the Era of Mi. I think we’re gonna do a deluxe album and then take it from there. But right now, I just really don’t want anyone to tell me that we’re gonna do any kind of touring. I can’t handle it.”

Her voice is gone. It has changed so much that she cannot reach the highs (without screeching) or the lows – even her whistle has lost its agility. It’s all reedy, raspy middle range. Her voice and vocal skills are behind her.
