The incident happened at a tour stop in Detroit at the Masonic Jack White Theatre. The singer was performing ‘Crying Out For Me’ when the fan slid her hand up and rubbed his crotch.
The crooner then gently moved her hand away and checked her for the action, proceeding to continue performing without missing a beat.

The fan received backlash online for the action. Some blasted her for sexually assaulting the star and pointed out how the incident was not getting more outrage because he is a man. Others commended the singer for handling the situation with grace. Some even noticed a wedding ring on the fan and scolded her further for her actions.
