Taking to Chinese social platform Douyin, Cole confirmed his arrival, signalling that his long-teased move is now a reality.
Standing at 6’3″, the Fayetteville native previously laced up for the Patriots Basketball Club in Rwanda and Canada’s Scarborough Shooting Stars, steadily building his résumé beyond music. Now at 41, Cole is embracing what he’s hinted could be his final shot at the game.
In a recent interview with rapper Cam’Ron, he shared that:
“I’m looking at the clock like, boy, I’m getting older, this might be my last shot. I’m going to keep my word to them and show up and play a couple of games. … I’m going to go out there and have fun with it.”
The move comes amid buzz surrounding his latest album, ‘The Fall Off,’ showing Cole balancing both worlds with intention.
