Fresh chatter has erupted after Petty reportedly updated his address on the New York sex offender registry, listing a modest residence in Queens and not the couple’s home.

The development, brought to light by DJ Vlad, has fuelled speculation that the pair may be living apart, after the radio host shared a screenshot on X of the sex offenders list in New York, with the caption:
“It looks like Nicki Minaj dumped her husband, Kenneth Petty. According ot the sex offender registry, he’s now living in a tiny 800-square-foot house in Jamaica, Queens, instead of the $20M Hidden Hills mansion Nicki owns.”
He also added rumors of infidelity, alleging that:
“The rumor is that he got another girl pregnant, but that’s not confirmed. Is this the greatest bag fumble of all time?”
However, fans have pushed back, suggesting the address change could be for privacy reasons.
Petty’s registry status stems from a 1995 conviction, and he previously faced legal issues in 2021 for failing to update his details.
At present, neither party has publicly addressed the swirling speculation.
