The suit, brought forward by Tupac’s stepbrother Mopreme Shakur on behalf of the estate, alleges a wider conspiracy that extends beyond a single figure, naming additional unidentified parties as part of the case.
Keefe D, who was arrested in Las Vegas in 2023, has pleaded not guilty and is expected to face trial later this year. While he has previously admitted to being in the vehicle from which the fatal shots were fired, his accounts of that night have shifted over time, raising further questions.
The filing also references claims spotlighted in the docuseries ‘Sean Combs: The Reckoning,’ including explosive allegations tied to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
The case is set to head towards court this August.
