Beyoncé has scored a legal victory in the headline-grabbing case surrounding the theft of unreleased music tied to her blockbuster ‘Cowboy Carter Tour.’
The man accused of swiping confidential material connected to the superstar’s camp has officially pleaded guilty, bringing the months-long saga to a close just as the case was gearing up for trial.
The theft sparked major buzz last summer after reports revealed unreleased songs and sensitive files had allegedly been taken from a rented vehicle in Atlanta only days before the singer’s tour stop in the city.

According to local reports, Kelvin Evans entered a guilty plea today (May 12), tied to the July 2025 incident.
Watch the scene:
Investigators alleged surveillance footage captured Evans breaking into a Jeep rented by a member of the entertainer’s team. A flash drive containing unreleased music was reportedly among the items stolen during the break-in.
Evans had initially pleaded not guilty and previously rejected an earlier plea offer back in March.
However, with trial looming, he ultimately accepted a deal that will see him serve two years behind bars instead of the possible six-year sentence he was facing if convicted at trial.
Prosecutors also reportedly linked him to additional vehicle break-ins in the Atlanta area.
As of writing, it remains unclear whether the unreleased material tied to the Houston native was ever recovered.

Ah, the album with 72 writers? Sounds less like a music project and more like a UN summit on songwriting! At this point, the album probably has more cooks in the kitchen than ingredients in the recipe. I mean, with that many writers, it’s a miracle the album isn’t just a patchwork quilt of every genre imaginable country, pop, jazz, maybe even a little polka thrown in masquerading as album of the year bullkrappp!
Beyoncé is always #1 yall

No one can stop her….
Karma…for the “Queen of originality” like borrowing moves from every backup dancer, street performer and that oneyou saw at a wedding last summer claimed as yours. Honestly, she’s less “Single Ladies” and more “Single Ideas.”

Who is going to arrest Beyonce for theft of music?
Jesus.
