The 44-year-old singer recently shared an update on her life. Two months after her DUI arrest and a voluntary stay at a treatment facility, Britney is finding meaning in small moments.
Her latest post featured a baby snake. She visited a pet store with her sons, Sean Federline, 20, and Jayden Federline, 19.
“Snakes are symbolic of good health, higher consciousness, and pure luck,” she captioned the image.
The encounter felt like more than chance. “I just stop, look up and say wow God I think that was you and smile on!!!!” she wrote.
Britney also acknowledged the work still ahead. “I still have to learn how to be kind to myself and the way I speak to myself,” she admitted.
Her rep previously told E! News that Britney checked into a facility voluntarily. The rep also expressed hope that the arrest would mark a turning point.
“Hopefully she can get the help and support she needs,” the rep said at the time.
Her sons are spending time with her. Her loved ones are creating a plan for her well-being. Even Kevin Federline‘s lawyer weighed in, saying Kevin supports her getting help.
The journey is far from over. But Britney seems focused on the climb.
