The Pop star has reportedly filed a $15 million suit against the company after alleging her image was used on Samsung TV packaging without her consent.

According to reports, the singer filed the complaint in a California federal court on Friday.
The lawsuit claims Samsung has been using a photo of the chart-topper performing at Austin City Limits Festival on television boxes since last year.
Even more explosively, the filing alleges that when the singer’s team contacted Samsung requesting the image be removed, the company refused.
“Ms. Lipa’s face was prominently used for a mass marketing campaign for a consumer product without her knowledge, without consideration, and as to which she had no say, control, or input whatsoever.”
The suit also argues the unauthorized image usage falsely implied an endorsement deal and damaged the singer’s carefully curated “premium brand.”
As of writing, Samsung has not publicly responded to the claims.
