Kylie Minogue Denies Rumors She Will Be Featured on ‘Confessions II’ After Madonna Drops Album’s Full Tracklist

Aussie Queen of Pop Kylie Minogue has long teased intention of joining forces with the genre’s overall female monarch Madonna on several occasions over her legendary career.

And though music lovers thought they were one step closer to getting that long-awaited recorded duet after Minogue surprised attendees of Madge’s ‘Celebration Tour‘ for a live performance of ‘Can’t Get You Out of My Head‘ in 2024, the 57-year-old broke a few hundred thousand hearts this week when she suggested fans will have to continue to wait.

Last week, Madge sent her fans into a frenzy with the reveal of the official tracklist for her July 3-due ‘Confessions II‘ album.

See it in full below.

‘Confessions II’ Tracklist

1. “I Feel So Free”

2. “Good for the Soul”

3. “One Step Away”

4. “Bring Your Love”

5. “Danceteria”

6. “Read My Lips”

7. “Every Thing”

8. “Love Without Words”

9. “Bizarre”

10. “School”

11. “Fragile”

12. “My Sins Are My Savior”

Noticeably missing the featured acts, the rumor mill started spinning with murmurs about who (beyond Sabrina Carpenter) would be included on the list of guest stars.

And while names like Shakira and even Britney Spears were spouted, none was mentioned more frequently than Kylie’s.

Hot on the promo trail for her self-titled Netflix documentary, Minogue dropped by the ‘LA Times‘ to dish on the project, her humble beginnings and rise to the heights of fame, and – of course – those whispers music lovers will finally get that Madonna duet.

“That’s a random thing. There was a rumor I was on her [forthcoming ‘Confessions II’] album, but I’m not — I’m excited to hear it, all,” she said in response.

Welp, that’s that on that. Visit Netflix to watch ‘KYLIE.’

What happened to Bring Your Love with Sabrina? Because the listeners are acting like they saw the song and said, “No thanks, I’m good. The vibe is giving a little too much “we tried” and not enough “run it back.”
I guess she is just a lame bait for her rehash album. Maybe it just needs more time to cook, because right now it’s not exactly setting the charts on fire.
