Diddy is set to be released from prison earlier than expected, as his release date has been moved up once again.

The embattled mogul is currently serving a 50-month sentence for prostitution-related charges. He was initially set to be released on June 4, 2028, but it was previously announced in March that the date had been moved to April 25, 2028. Then, in April, it was moved up again to April 15, 2028.
Now, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the rapper’s release has been brought forward even further. His new release date is listed as February 23, 2028.
The news follows the recent dismissal of a lawsuit filed against him by former Danity Kane star Dawn Richard.
The Bad Boy mogul remains housed at the low-security Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey.
