Megan Thee Stallion Fights Blogger’s Plea to Pause $75K Defamation Judgment

Blogger Milagro Gramz may have recently petitioned the courts to halt expectations of her paying that $75,000 judgment granted against her after that highly publicized defamation suit filed by Megan Thee Stallion, but the response from the latter’s legal team suggests the Rap diva is completely opposed to the request.

Gramz, who runs an eponymous blog, formally asked a judge to delay payment expectations until after she appeals the defamation judgment.

She cited financial hardship and claimed paying the judgment could undermine her ability to proceed with said appeal.

Meg’s attorneys filed a response on Tuesday (June 16), however, requesting the blogger post a bond equal to the judgment amount.

“The same Defendant [Gramz] who showed no hesitation when she broadcast that Plaintiff was a liar, directed her audience to a deep-fake pornographic video of Plaintiff, and threatened to run Plaintiff over with a car,” they wrote before saying, “Sympathy cannot displace the governing legal standard. Defendant’s Motion should be denied in its entirety.”

Gramz described herself as a “self-employed media commentator” with fluctuating income and asserted she does not have the financial resources to satisfy the judgment.

At writing, a judge has not publicly responded to her plea to pause the payment.

A jury previously found Gramz liable for coordinating with Tory Lanez and his father to defame Megan.
