Per PEOPLE, the latest arrangement mandates that Tasha K’s financial obligation could be reduced by half, but only if payments are made on time. Should the blogger meet the agreed terms, Cardi has agreed to accept the reduced amount as full settlement rather than continue pursuing further litigation.
The update follows Cardi’s April request for tougher sanctions, with her legal team alleging repeated violations and claiming they had documented more than two dozen problematic social media posts.
The case dates back to 2019, when the femcee accused the blogger of spreading false claims that Cardi was a prostitute, cheated on then husband Offset, used cocaine and contracted STIs.
After years of courtroom drama, it appears the ‘WAP‘ hitmaker has once again come out on top.
