During a speech at the White House, Trump took time out from his prepared remarks to publicly praise the rap queen, describing her as “incredible” while applauding her support for entrepreneurs. Addressing the crowd, he personally thanked Minaj for backing small businesses, saying that:
“She’s done fantastically, and I appreciate it”
The compliments didn’t stop there.
Also in the speech, Trump invited Minaj to stand before attendees, saying:
“We also have a woman that is so respected and so hot and so great and such a great friend of, I don’t say conservative, I say of common sense.” Trump continued, “She’s a fantastic person, and she’s a woman that’s respected by everybody, and she’s got real talent.”
