FLO Blaze BST Hyde Park, Announce New Release Date for 'Therapy at the Club' Album

FLO are flying across the promotional trail in support of their incoming album ‘Therapy at the Club,’ and BST Hyde Park 2026 was their latest stop.

Jetting from the BET Awards weekend in Los Angeles, Stella, Jorja, and Renée rocked the homecoming show with a colossal collection of hits known and new.

Indeed, the R&B ensemble, who’ve bagged MOBO Awards and been nominated for GRAMMYs, blazed London with the likes of ‘Cardboard Box,’ ‘Walk Like This,’ and ‘Summertime’ (aptly).

The trio also served up a hearty helping of cuts from their new LP, including the project’s title track, the ultra-viral ‘Leak It,’ and latest single ‘Don’t Break Her Heart.’

All to the rapturous reception from the capacity crowd at Hyde Park.

Following the stellar performance, FLO took to social media to deliver an update about the release of ‘Therapy.’

FLO Share Personal Update

In a candid address, the group revealed that ‘Therapy at the Club’ has moved from its July 24 release date to August 7.

The reason? Jorja is set to undergo preventative surgery.

And while it means fans will have to wait slightly longer for the project, FLO confirms that they will be dropping a new single on July 24.

Make this make sense. Flo are talented. Flo have shown growth. They’re putting in the work. Serving looks, concepts, vocals. Their efforts are being recognised. I hope whatever hurt and pain you’re going through passes. Try not to spread anymore negative energy before it’s too late. Karma is real. Life’s too short to be this way 🙂
