Could new music from Jay-Z be on the horizon?
Fans have been buzzing after reports claimed the rap icon has completed his next album, but Roc Nation is now pouring cold water on the speculation.

The whispers of a new album from the rapper/mogul intensified after music executive Ray Daniels reportedly claimed that Jay-Z’s album was finished.
On a recent episode of his ‘Ray Daniel Presents’ podcast, he alleged:
“His album is done. It’s completely done. It’s just, we might get it if somebody partners with him. If nobody partners with him, it’s not coming.”

However, Roc Nation appears to have a very different story.
The company recently addressed the reports via Instagram, dismissing the claims as “fake news.”
While that will undoubtedly disappoint fans hoping for a new Jay-Z project, some speculate the statement was simply designed to keep any potential plans under wraps.
After all, the Roc Nation founder is no stranger to surprises. His last album, ‘4:44’ arrived with little warning back in 2017. He also will be giving fans multiple shows in celebration of the 30th anniversary of ‘Reasonable Doubt’ later this year in London, Paris and Los Angeles.
For now, fans will have to wait and see whether Jay-Z has another surprise up his sleeve.
