Kelly Rowland is using her star power for a cause.
The Grammy-winning singer will headline the 35th Annual AIDS Walk Atlanta Music Festival and 5K Run.

The event takes place September 26 at Piedmont Park in Atlanta.
The AIDS Healthcare Foundation hosts the annual event, which raises more than $1 million each year for 12 local HIV/AIDS service organisations.
Rowland will be joined by Atlanta-based R&B artist Algebra Blassett and DJ Sed to kick off the music festival.
Dr. Felicia Ivey, AHF Atlanta regional director, explained the importance of the event. She said:
“This annual event offers a time to create a greater awareness of the impact of HIV and AIDS on the local Atlanta community as well as an opportunity to bring together thousands of individuals from across the region to raise critical funds for these 12 worthy organizations.”
Past AIDS Walk Atlanta performer have included Lil Kim, Ludacris, Monica, and Trina.
The event includes a 5K walk and run, followed by the music festival.
Ms. Kelly is set to blaze the stage with potency and purpose.
