Ne-Yo has been hit with a new lawsuit after a delivery worker claims she was bitten by the singer’s dog while dropping off a package at his Georgia home.

Dominique Bridgett filed a negligence complaint in Fulton County Court on June 29, stemming from an alleged incident on July 12, 2025.
According to the filing, Bridgett was making a delivery to the R&B star’s Alpharetta residence when the dog allegedly approached without warning and bit her on the leg.
The suit characterizes the animal as “vicious and dangerous,” while accusing Ne-Yo of failing to properly restrain it. Bridgett’s legal team further alleges that the 46-year-old “knew or should have known” the dog had dangerous tendencies.
Bridgett says the incident has resulted in $9,039.50 in medical expenses to date. The complaint also states that some of her injuries “may be permanent in nature.”
She is seeking additional damages in an amount yet to be determined.
The filing arrives amid increased attention on celebrity dog-related lawsuits. Chris Brown was recently ordered by a Los Angeles jury to pay nearly $12.9 million to a former housekeeper who said she suffered serious injuries after being attacked by his dog.
