The anxiously awaited 20th anniversary edition of Beyonce‘s sophomore album ‘BDAY‘ may have sent her beloved fan base (affectionately called #Beyhive) buzzing for its remixes, previously unheard songs, and surprise guest appearances when it was released Thursday (September 3), but it’s easy to argue the standout of the 31-track affair came courtesy of updated adaptation of ‘Irreemplazable‘: the Spanish version of the 2007 chart-topping hit ‘Irreplaceable.’
In the 2026-released take, Bey interpolates vocals and music from Selena Quintanilla‘s unforgettable 1992 classic ‘Como La Flor’ – a mashup that got two thumbs up the late Tejano music Queen’s family.
“This resounding approval for Beyoncé from Selena Quintanilla’s estate made it possible for this timely and meaningful duet. Two women from Texas. Two unmistakable and irreplaceable voices that broke down and continue to break down barriers. Beyoncé revered Selena and remembers listening to her on the radio in Houston,” they revealed to trumpet the tune’s arrival to digital shelves.

Hate Beyoncé all you want and some of it is valid, but she’s definitely not struggling money wise. Cecred, Cowboy Carter and Renaissance- both albums and tours are amongst the most successful tours and bodies of work commercially in the last 5 years.
As long as one outpaces their bills. I don’t think they’re going to be applying for welfare, but Jay has been denied loans recently. So, I’m just saying. I don’t think they’re as rich as they project.
