Chingy is addressing Sidney Starr‘s arrest and the renewed attention surrounding their contentious history.
The St. Louis rapper says he has no sympathy for the reality personality, but is pushing back against suggestions that her criminal case should be framed as payback for the false relationship claims she made about him.

Speaking during a recent VladTV interview, the ‘Right Thurr’ hitmaker addressed attempts to connect Starr’s legal troubles to their past:
“That had nothing to do with me. That’s for what was done to that 13-year-old boy.”
His comments follow Starr being denied bond in Georgia. The ‘Love & Hip Hop: New York’ alum faces charges including aggravated child molestation, sodomy, and sexual battery against a child under 16, stemming from an alleged incident at an Embassy Suites hotel.
Starr has publicly denied the allegations, which have not been proven in court.
Chingy also acknowledged the connection being drawn to their history, remarking that “what goes around comes around.”
Years earlier, Starr claimed she and the rapper had been romantically involved after posing for a photograph together. She later admitted that the story was fabricated.
Chingy has long maintained that the rumour damaged his career, costing him business and recording opportunities.
While that history continues to shape discussion of his response, his latest remarks place the focus on the alleged victim rather than presenting Starr’s prosecution as vindication for himself.
Of all people, why would anyone expect him to be sympathetic to that liar. It’s lies ruined his career and it’s deception harmed a child. It’s proven itself to be trash and no one sympathizes with it.
