According to Local 10’s September 28 report, the ‘B.E.D.’ performer asserted his innocence after bonding out of custody.
Earlier that day, a judge set his total bond at $3,500, per WSVN.
Hollywood Police said officers were called shortly before 8am Sunday about a person reportedly passed out inside a vehicle near North 62nd Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard.
Authorities allege that the oft-viral singer became combative with first responders while being taken to a hospital.
The reported charges are DUI, resisting an officer without violence, and battery on an officer, firefighter, or emergency medical technician.
Those allegations remain unresolved. His release on bond is not a determination of the case.
The legal speedbump follows an otherwise busy summer of new music from Jacquees, who released ‘Mood 2’ in July. The 22-track project features Tink, Juvenile, and Ty Dolla $ign, among others.
