As reported last week, Mother Monster and her fiancé welcomed their first child together after keeping the major milestone firmly under wraps.

According to TMZ, Gaga and Polansky are parents to a baby girl named Rose Bean Polansky.
A birth certificate reportedly confirms that little Rose arrived on June 9 at 11:19 PM at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The revelation means the superstar quietly became a mom months before news of the arrival broke publicly.
Gaga, 40, was recently photographed cradling her daughter during an outing with Polansky in Northern California, where the pair have reportedly been enjoying private family time.
Motherhood is a milestone the ‘Mayhem’ hitmaker has long spoken openly about wanting. In her 2025 ELLE cover interview, she shared that she and Polansky had already discussed their approach to raising children and allowing them to become their own people.
The couple, who became engaged in 2024, are also still preparing to walk down the aisle. Earlier this year, Gaga revealed that their wedding was happening “soon.”
