Blueface and Rock were livestreaming on Kick outside a business in Santa Clarita, California, when officers arrived with guns drawn.
According to TMZ, deputies were responding to a report of a man pointing a gun at someone.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office claimed Blueface refused to comply with police commands, resulting in his arrest for allegedly delaying their investigation.
Authorities subsequently determined that the original emergency report was false.
Footage from the livestream captured the tense exchange, with Rock breaking down in tears as her fiancé was taken into custody.

The arrest is particularly significant given that Blueface remains on probation in connection with a 2022 shooting case in Las Vegas.
However, subsequent Kick footage reportedly showed the 29-year-old had been released from custody early Tuesday. Whether formal charges will follow remains unclear.
The incident comes just weeks after Blueface and Rock announced their engagement following years of public relationship drama.
It also marks another troubling encounter with authorities for the ‘Thotiana’ performer, who was detained during a similar swatting incident in August and targeted by a false emergency report in July.
Unlike those previous encounters, this latest incident resulted in an arrest.
