Diddy has been rushed out of federal prison in an ambulance after suffering a head injury.
The embattled music mogul, 56, was transported from New Jersey’s FCI Fort Dix in the early hours of Saturday (October 10), triggering fresh questions about what happened behind bars.

According to TMZ, an ambulance departed the facility around 1am with the Bad Boy founder on board.
Sources say Combs required treatment for a head injury, although exactly how he sustained it remains unclear.
A source close to the star confirmed to PEOPLE that he was taken to hospital.
Thankfully, the injury was reportedly not life-threatening. The Hip-Hop mogul returned to prison before sunrise and was said to be conscious and speaking.
His spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, said they are working to establish what occurred, adding:
“Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern.”
The medical emergency comes amid a turbulent stretch behind bars.
As reported, Diddy was recently sent back to solitary confinement following explosive allegations about contraband and preferential treatment.
That followed a separate stint in isolation after an alleged prison fight in July.
Adding to his woes, his previously shortened prison release timeline has taken another U-turn, with his projected release now pushed back to March 2, 2028.
Combs is serving a 50-month sentence following his 2025 convictions on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
