Monica performed at V-103 Soul Session at the Midtown ‘W’ Hotel in Atlanta last evening. The songstress, who was promoting her ‘Still Standing‘ LP, used the opportunity to pay tribute to her idol, Whitney Houston, by performing a medley of two of her biggest hits, ‘I Will Always Love You’ and ‘You Give Good Love’. OMG…fell on the floor. Monica’s version of “I Will Always Love You” was 2 funny. She had all of Whitney’s mannerisms 2 a T. From wiping the sweat of her face…to the dramatic long pauses Whitney does…lol. Vocally, Mo is crazy…love it…love it…love it. Vocals, personality, stage presence A+++++. Thx 4 posting.

I love the leg lift at be, time 5.04. I love Monica, but i wished on this album she did some more runs and showed some more range.
I think that KeKe Whyat’s alum was good and over looked which is a shame.

Monica did the damm thing. Yes she killed it. I am so happy for Monica and that she has re-emerged back into the music scene. Just love her voice and yes she did really honor her idol better than her idol herself. Some of my best black female artist are Monica, Beyonce, Mary J Bliege,Fantasia,Tony Brantxon, Alicia Keys and I’m feeling Deondra and musicially i would love to see some duets between these artists.
