Chris Brown has just debuted a new music video. The high-flying entertainer teamed up with director Colin Tilley for the supporting clip for ‘Deuces (Ft. Tyga & Kevin McCall)’ from his new mixtape, ‘Fan of a Fan’. Check out the video below:
With such clever camera angles, lighting and crisp visuals, this video could have easily been for an album single. It’s obvious that Brown is going all out to ensure that this project is a success. If this is what he produces for a track off a mixtape then imagine what he has in store for his next LP. Good stuff.

This was one of the better songs on that horrendous mix tape. As for the video, I didn’t like the twirling like queen, but I did appreciate some of the slick camera shots.

As for the video, it was nice. Its one of the more nicer tunes he’s come out with. I still think he needs to take a break and go away for a while. The video had some real decent scenes. I like the tunnel part with the backflips and stuff. I still don’t think this is going to get him anywhere unfortunately. What I’m hoping for is he goes away for a year or two and come back with a smash. In the meantime I do think he is wasting his time. It’s unfortunate though because people aren’t checking for him anymore. The white folks replaced his behind with Derulo (no shade).

Yes I love me some Derulo. I don’t think he’s the best but he has great potential. And his sound is way more pop than Chris Brown ever was. He’s a pop artist. I’d love for Chris to win the public back but I don’t think this is the way. Not through mixtapes. I say long break and then return with monster hits. The public would have already forgiven him and welcomed his new songs. It seems like now he’s holding on.

Yasss! This is by far one of my favorite songs from off of that mixtape! This song has been on repeat since it first debuted! I excited when I heard K-Mac tweet that they were gonna do a video for it!
The video is simple and to the point. They probably weren’t working with much of a budget so they did well with what they had. CB’s kills it with his dance routines as usual. Although I am not to sure how I feel about him twirling in the tunnel! 0_o

Chris and KMac look so good in B&W…and the video is dope. I really like everything…cinematography, dancing. I loved Deuces, esp. Chris’ part, the first time I heard it. I’m proud of CB’s hustle. He keeps my attention as a fan and he can still be a relevant artist, writer, etc. even if white media aren’t in love with him. There are a number of artists whose sustainability is not determined by the whims of the mainstream media.

I thought this video was awesome for not being a high level video on VEVO or whatever the hell that is. KMac is cute and I thought sounded awesome also, was suprised, I actually like this song.
I just think right now Chris is gauging what he needs to do in the future with his music so he is experimenting(which is smart really), hence all the mix-tapes. I also believe he knows he is starting all the way over again, lose the teeny bopper Justin Bieber crowd(they are too young for him anyway now), and try to gain older adults. Right now the adults wont take him serious because he is stuck being seen still as a teeny bopper pop singer, he is trying to change that. I think the songs ‘Shoes’ from his In My Zone mixtape was about her as well! Listen to the lines ‘No more singing chicks I’m messing with a dancer now/ she got a stripper pole, know how to work it out’, then ‘Ye got the last, I’m chasing with the mask’.
He was referencing Kanye who wifed up Amber Rose! Amber and Draya both worked at the same strip club in Philly. I think she wasted Breezy to put her on like Ye did Amber, but he kicked her ass to the curb cause she couldn’t keep his business off her twitter page! I saw Draya at Trey’s after party in Richmond last weekend all dressed up with a tight low cut dress on! She was pushing up on Trey (she posted pics of her and him on her twitter). and obviously trying to stand out. I really think she was hoping to run into CB or at least get noticed so it would get back to him.
She is actually really pretty in person. She looks better in person than in all those slutty magazine spreads she has done. I can see what Breezy saw in her…’physically’ anyways. But I’m sure he got tired of her using his name for fame. I’m not doubting that she had feelings for him, because by the way she tweeted about him she sounded sprung (mostly off CJ *hehe*) but if she really cared about him she would have respected his privacy and kept his name out of her mouth. I think she was more focused on being the next Amber Rose than antything else!
